Booking Accuracy: We reserve the right to update pricing or room descriptions. A booking is only confirmed once a formal confirmation is issued by our team.
Identification: A valid ID or Passport is required for all guests at check-in.
Timing: Check-in is from 14:00. Check-out is by 10:00.
Guest Policy: Rooms are limited to the maximum occupancy defined by the room type (e.g., 2 guests for Double/Queen/King).
We understand that plans change. Our policy is as follows:
Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the check-in date.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the first night's stay.
No-Shows: In the event of a no-show, the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
Pool Safety: Use of the swimming pools is at the guest's own risk. No lifeguard is on duty.
Supervision: Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult in all pool and terrace areas.
Noise: To ensure a peaceful stay for all, quiet hours are observed from 22:00.
Smoking: All interior rooms are 100% smoke-free. Dedicated smoking areas are provided outdoors.
Personal Belongings: Zoelis Boutique Hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property or vehicles parked on the premises.
Right of Admission: We reserve the right to refuse entry or request a guest to leave if hotel policies are violated, without a refund.
